A Student with a Story

Hi, I’m Aaditya Nair, a freshman at the University of Toronto studying Political Science and International Relations. I’m passionate about learning through action—stepping out of my comfort zone and creating impact. I founded WordsWithChange, a youth-led NGO tackling educational inequality across the MENA region, and have served as a GirlUp Leader, UNFCCC & LCOY delegate, and keynote speaker at the MENA Youth Leadership Forum. These roles taught me the power of community, collaboration, and using my voice for change. Beyond advocacy, I love theatre and communication—I’ve completed all eight Trinity College London Communication Skills exams with distinction and worked on six major productions. Theatre taught me empathy, confidence, and storytelling. When I’m not studying or volunteering, you’ll find me with my dog, listening to hip-hop, or watching true crime.
